Why ~ It helps us, help our members. This event is the primary fundraiser for our Scholarships Fund. The Scholarship Fund offers our National Members an opportunity to be reimbursed for furthering their education.  2012 Easter Basket Auction commitment form

Who ~ You! We also need you to commit to finding someone or some organization outside of our Realtor community to donate an item or “basket” for auction.

Ideas ~ Now – don’t let the event name fool you! Just like in the past – This does not have to be an “Easter” themed basket. It can be anything. From a Relaxation/Spa basket, a Pet basket, Industry related services, Gift Cards, etc. Our goal is to create a fun environment, where Realtors and Affiliates can fight over your baskets, by bidding and out bidding each other. (Those of you who attended the Christmas tree auction can verify this first hand – sometimes the bidding gets serious) Keep in mind – the money raised from these bidding wars is all for a good cause. It goes to help provide scholarships for our members to assist with the cost of Continuing Education. It is a great event that can help you with your Easter Basket shopping, while helping others with their education in the Real Estate Industry. It is a win win for everyone.
